Equestrian Infrastructure
The 6 horse Aqua Walker is designed for safe entrance and exit from the pool for the horses. It has a 60 m circumference and is covered by shade mesh. It is fully functional and very well maintained.

The 10 horse dry walker is also covered and in excellent repair. The internal area can be used as a round yard or sand roll.

There are 25 stables situated in 3 separate barns. Each stable measures 5 x 5 m, with aluminium feeders. Each barn has wash bays and some have automatic waterers.

The machinery shed is 12 x 7 m, has a concrete floor, electric hoist for bulker bags, screw conveyor to 2 x 1 tonne poly feed silos, room to store hay and a horse float.

Thirty-eight paddocks are allotted for horse agistment. The first is approximately 1.5 acres, with 2 stables, adjacent to the house. There are 20 paddocks on the flat and 17 on the hillside. These have shelters and water. Next to the stables are 5 day yards.

The American Barn Area - 128 Sheahans Road
The recently constructed American Barn (21 x 12 m) and the triple garage are located on the second part of the property that is approximately 10 acres in area. The barn is finished internally with a gymnasium at one end, separating the back half with sliding doors. The back half is designed for entertaining, with a mezzanine floor and all necessary amenities. The mezzanine floor would be ideal for an office.

Adjacent to the barn is a triple garage, with auto-roller doors. On either side are fenced paddocks, with a small spring-fed dam which has an irrigation pump. There are several hydrants across the paddocks for future irrigation.
