Jason Stock began his real estate career with RE/MAX Property Sales in 2011 and has since built a reputation for combining extensive industry experience with something he believes is even more important — honesty, transparency and genuinely putting his clients' interests first.
With more than $170 million in property transactions behind him, Jason understands that selling a property is about far more than putting a sign in the front yard and hoping for the best. It is about understanding the property, the market, the strategy and, most importantly, YOU — the people behind the decision to sell.
What sets Jason apart is that his experience doesn't come solely from working in real estate. He was a Mortgage Broker for Property Investors, has personally bought and sold numerous properties, renovated and flipped homes, project managed renovations for clients, built spec homes, completed a seven-lot subdivision and taken a 25-lot subdivision through to Development Approval. Remarkably, his second-ever investment property was a commercial shopping centre.
That firsthand experience has given Jason a broader understanding of property than simply knowing how to sell it. He understands the opportunities, the risks, the numbers and the emotions that can sit behind a property decision.
When choosing Jason, you get so much more than just another agent.
Most importantly, Jason believes an agent's responsibility is not simply to win the listing — it is to help YOU make the RIGHT decision.
In fact, one of the things Jason is most proud of is the number of potential sellers he has advised NOT to sell when, after looking at their circumstances, he believed selling wasn't necessarily in their best interests — and could demonstrate why.
Another example of Jason's commitment to his clients is his approach to Pest & Building inspections. Since 2011, Jason has only missed attending two inspections.
He understands that a Pest & Building inspection can be one of the most critical points in a property transaction. It can be the difference between a deal proceeding, a deal falling over, or a buyer seeking to renegotiate the agreed price.
By being there to represent his client and their property, Jason has helped save dozens of transactions and saved hundreds of thousands of dollars for his sellers.
For Jason, that's what being a client's agent really means.
Sometimes the right advice is how to achieve the best possible price.
Sometimes it is how to prepare a property for sale.
Sometimes it is knowing when to negotiate — and when not to.
And sometimes, the most valuable advice an agent can give is to tell you not to sell at all.
With a strong reputation for honesty, transparency and straight-talking advice, Jason's goal is simple: to give his clients the knowledge, strategy and confidence to make the best possible property decision — whether that decision is to sell or not to sell.
