Ian Ferguson has been an integral part of the dwell Realty team since 2018 learning all aspects of the industry. As the General Manager of dwell Realty, Ian's vision for our team is to always do better and be better than yesterday, and to strive for constant personal and professional growth. Ian’s caring yet motivating approach to leadership and an everlasting drive to reach goals has contributed significantly to the culture and success of our team. After a location change Ian moved here from Griffith approximately 12 years ago and stayed in the building profession as a builder. As a result of the relocation Ian then stayed in the building industry for a few years then decided to join the family business being dwell Realty. His constitution is people and this has been evident through all personal and professional endeavors in his life. Any experienced agent will tell you that real estate is more about people than bricks and mortar and Ian’s natural ability to build rapid rapport has influenced not only his ability to lead, but his ability to negotiate successful sales with happy buyers and sellers. A true team player, Ian enjoys working alongside his other sales colleagues and is fluent in sharing contacts and concepts. Working from a genuine desire to assist people Ian understands his role in adding confidence and opportunity to his clients lives.
