Set amongst over 36 Hectares of rolling countryside just minutes from Bribie Island and the coast, Quarter Mile Ranch presents a rare combination of equestrian lifestyle, rural versatility and substantial infrastructure, all within easy reach of Brisbane and the major transport corridors north and south. More than an impressive acreage holding, the property is home to a fully functioning horse-riding school included in the sale. With an experienced manager, established team, seasoned horses and the equipment required for continued operation, the business offers an incoming owner the opportunity to step in and continue operating-even without extensive equine experience. Quarter Mile Ranch also benefits from an established name, strong reviews and an existing website presence. Elevated at the top of the property, the beautifully positioned homestead enjoys sweeping views across the expansive holding as the land falls away towards the setting sun. The residence operates completely off-grid and is supported by an impressive solar and battery system, providing modern comfort while surrounded by space and privacy. A second dwelling as part of the large American barn close to the main house accommodates a further 8 guests complete with it's own kitchenette and bathroom. Whether your passion is horses, grazing, agriculture, motorsports, business, storage or simply having room to live life on your own terms, properties offering this level of infrastructure and coastal proximity rarely come to market.
