The heart of the complex are two massive fully under cover clear span arena’s (both with international standard riding surfaces), adjacent but separated, so multiple events may be staged without adverse impact. The main arena is 90m x 40m (fully lit for night competitions), with viewing arenas on 3 sides, canteen/dining facilities, elevated judges/officials box, secretary’s office, ladies/gents toilets/showers, two self contained units and 8 stables at each end (total 16), completed by workshop and store. The second arena is 75m x 40m, (fully lit for night competitions) viewing from one side and sharing all the amenities of the main arena through connecting doors.
