“Fig Tree Farm” is a magnificent property that is located in one of the best rural areas on the Sunshine Coast offers - Belli Park. 23.29 ha or 57.55 acres, the property has been a horse property for over 40 years with the current owners building up the operation to be the largest Morgan horse stud in Australia. For those who like character the property has a 1934 Queenslander which is located in an established garden of majestic Morton Bay Fig trees and stag horns. The home has 3 bedrooms, ensuite, main bathroom, newly renovated kitchen, lounge, dining area plus beautiful polished timber floors throughout. For those hot summer days there is an inground swimming pool.
