There is also a lockable garden shed which comes in handy. The property is quite easy to walk through with just the sound of the birds to accompany you. There is a seasonal creek about ½ way down the block where the vegetation consists of Blue Gums, Cabbage Palms, Melaleuca and scatterings of Banksias. Rising up towards the back boundary, the vegetation changes into She Oaks and Bloodwoods to name a couple. Grass trees are aplenty throughout the block. All in all, it is attractive and very peaceful. One neighbour has put in a firebreak along one boundary and there is a track along the back boundary. Less than 15 mins will put you on either Rules Beach or Wreck Rock Beach in the Deepwater National Park. Boat ramps on tidal waterways are readily assessable and the closest would be 13km away on tidal Deepwater Creek. Bitumen road to within 7km of the property, if you wanted to build, mail can be delivered 5 days a week and rubbish bin collection is available. Telephone and power is available out front and both primary & high school children can catch the school bus out front. Rates are approx. $950.00 per year.
