Water Supply:
- 3 large concrete tanks with internal floats and content gauges on the top. The top tank overflows to the 2nd tank. The 3rd tank below the house is separate. All tanks are filled from the spring and from rainwater. The spring has topped up the water about every 2-3 weeks with a family who loves half-hour showers. Rain topped up in between.
- Two pumps near the house. One of the top 2 tanks is in front of the house, and one is below the bottom tank below the house.

- The balance of the property fencing has not been done in recent years, and the old fences are still being identified.
